Tracking your order:

You want to know where your order is. We send tracking information in the shipping confirmation email after your order has been dispatched. You must use the carrier’s tracking system to monitor delivery status.

Send your order number and photo to cs@wanderartday.com.

Fixing shipping address errors:

You want to correct a shipping address before it ships. We can update the address only if your order has not yet been shipped. Once packed or dispatched, no changes are possible.

Email cs@wanderartday.com with your order number and the corrected address — but only while your order remains unshipped.

Getting the right item (wrong/damaged/defective):

You want a resolution for an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product name or item code
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of what went wrong

Applying a missed discount:

You want to apply a discount code you forgot at checkout. We can review your request post-purchase, but only if you submit your order number and the applicable discount code as soon as possible.

Forward both pieces of information to cs@wanderartday.com.

Returning or exchanging:

You want to return or swap an item. Direct exchanges are not available. If your return meets our eligibility criteria — original condition, tags attached where applicable, no visible signs of wear — and is not a clearance item, we’ll process a refund per our Return Policy.

Changing an order after checkout:

You want to modify an order after completing checkout. We cannot change orders once checkout has been completed, due to rapid processing. No adjustments to items, quantities, or shipping methods are possible at that stage.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email cs@wanderartday.com immediately — but do not expect modifications after submission.

Restocking out-of-stock items:

You want to know when an out-of-stock item becomes available again. These items may be restocked depending on inventory flow. We do not guarantee restocking, but subscribing to notifications gives you first access when they return.
